Q: Can I bring food and/or a beverage into the examination room? Food and beverages are not allowed to be consumed in the examination room.
Q: What do you recommend I do for lunch if the exam has a lunch break scheduled? We suggest that you carry your lunch since restaurants are not always available and the lunch break is short. You will be allowed to store your lunch under your desk during the examination. Candidates will be asked to vacate the testing room during lunch.
Q: How should I plan for unanticipated environmental distracters like noise or temperature? Every attempt, within reason, is made to ensure a quiet and comfortable testing environment for all candidates. However, last minute needs and emergencies by building operators cannot be anticipated. We suggest that you bring appropriate clothing with you (e.g. sweatshirt) to help you adapt to a cooler or warmer climate in the examination room. Bring ear plugs if you are sensitive to noise distractions.
