Proposal Writer/Contract Administrator

Castle seeks an experienced writer to prepare proposals and contracts associated with custom examination development and e-learning services. Candidates for this position must demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills, the ability to develop basic financial models, and the ability to multi-task and shift between numerous activities. Business Development Consultant

The business development representative will identify and develop new business relationships and accounts to meet or exceed the goals of the organization’s strategic plan. Psychometrician

The psychometrician will be responsible for overseeing and implementing procedures and analyses aimed at ensuring the psychometric quality of international and national licensing and certification examination programs, including conducting job analysis/role delineation studies, standard setting studies, item analysis, equating, and accreditation consulting. The role requires collaboration with client management representatives, subject matter experts, and Castle co-workers, including other psychometricians, test developers, project managers, editors, IT, operations/test delivery, accounting, and business development staff. Data Scientist (Junior Level)

The Junior Data Scientist is an entry level position within Castle’s Psychometrics Department. This position works with the Director of Scoring and Data Administration to support the company’s scoring and data management requirements.
