Test Development Project Manager
Overview of Responsibilities:
As a member of project teams, the Test Development Project Manager
works
with psychometricians, editors, and other staff members to manage the
development of high quality items for examinations, maintain item
banks, and
assemble examinations as well as to assist, as occasionally needed, in
the
development of simulation and practical examinations, scoring, and
standard-setting studies. The Test Development Project Manager is
responsible for assisting in the development of and management of
project
schedules as defined in cooperation with the project teams. The Test
Development Project Manager is further responsible for maintaining
clear
communication with clients and their representatives and for responding
to
client requests in accordance with contracts and CASTLE Worldwide
procedures
in a timely manner.
Qualifications
The Test Development Project Manager must be a person who can work as part of project teams to facilitate groups, maintain CASTLE Worldwide procedures with respect to test development, organize and maintain accurate and timely records in electronic and paper form, and work in partnership with the psychometric project managers, and project team members. The successful candidate must have Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and experience in work that demonstrates project management, test development, client relationship management, meeting facilitation, and effective organization of complex, detail-oriented tasks.
Travel is required.
