Description:	OTR Practice Test 6 Description: A 100 item practice exam for the Occupational Therapist Registered OTR® certification exam, reflecting current exam content. All items are multiple-choice format. Similar to the certification examination, this practice test includes items that reflect tasks and knowledge across 4 domain areas of occupational therapy practice. At the end of the test, you will be issued with a score report showing a scaled score and feedback on your performance across domain areas. Each simulation item contains an OPENING SCENE, followed by a series of sections 1, 2, 3, etc. Each section has a SECTION HEADER that is followed by LIST OF ACTIONS (PROMPTS) The action (prompt) list consists of positive, neutral, and negative actions. As an action (prompt) is selected, feedback will appear. Note that you may not deselect or select additional responses once you have submitted your responses for each section.  Candidates are strongly advised to take the Demo Test in order to view full instructions for completing this test.   OTR Content Test Description: There are four 35-item OTR-level content area exams in Mental Health, Pediatrics, Physical Disabilities, and Management & Services to Populations across practice settings. The tests consist of practice-focused items similar to those appearing on the actual OTR certification examination. Candidates are given ongoing feedback for each multiple-choice item answered, including rationale for correct and incorrect answers and follow-up references. Since feedback is provided at the item level, no final score is given.

Score Report:	OTR Practice Test 6 Score Report: A score of 450 is required to pass the exam. Feedback on performance across each of the 4 domain areas will be provided with flagged areas for possible future examination preparation strategies.   OTR Simulation Practice Test 2 Score Report: After you have completed the two problems on this practice test, you will be provided with a scaled score based on your responses to both simulation problems. Your total scaled score for this NBCOT simulation practice test should not be viewed as a predictor of performance on the NBCOT OTR Certification Examination.   OTR Content Test Score Report:   No final score is provided on any of the four content tests.
