Description:

Each practice test consists of two simulation practice problems similar to those appearing on the Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR®) certification exam January 2009 onwards.

Each simulation item contains an OPENING SCENE, followed by a series of sections -- 1, 2, 3, etc. Each section has a SECTION HEADER that is followed by LIST OF ACTIONS (PROMPTS) The action (prompt) list consists of positive, neutral, and negative actions. As an action (prompt) is selected, feedback will appear. Note that you may not deselect or select additional responses once you have submitted your responses for each section. 

Candidates are strongly advised to take the Demo Test in order to view full instructions for completing this test.

Results Screens:

 

After you have completed the two problems on each simulation practice test, you will be provided with a scaled score based on your responses to both simulation problems. Your total scaled score for each NBCOT simulation practice test should not be viewed as a predictor of performance on the NBCOT OTR Certification Examination.
