The Test Developer works with other test developers, psychometricians, editors, client relationship managers and other staff members to manage the development of high quality exam items (questions) for examinations, maintain exam item banks, and assemble examinations to specification, as well as assisting when needed in the development of simulation and practical examinations, scoring, and standard-setting studies.
